Returns/Exchanges
Because our products are custom made we do not offer refunds. If by any chance your apparel does not fit, or was damaged in transit we can offer a return for store credit, but you must contact us by E-mail at beunique.apparelshop@gmail.com with in 5 business days after receiving your order to arrange for your return. Merchandise must be unworn, no stains, or perfumes and must be in it's original packaging. Please Do Not return any merchandise with out contacting us by E-mail first, you will need a RMA# for your return. No exchanges will be honored if your item is returned with out an RMA#, or if you did not contact us with in 5 business days after receiving your delivery. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for returned items.
